After many years of research by Rabbi Mordechai Glazman, emissary of the Lubavitcher Rebbe in Riga, the newly released book titled "Rabbis of Latvia", was finally published. It contains a biography of Latvian rabbis, Dayanim and Morei Tzedek over a span of 200 years.
